Built for Sir Isaac Lyons Goldsmid in 1860 as continuation of Adelaide Crescent, but with heavier and more elaborate Victorian detailing.

He finally completed the project of Adelaide Crescent, commenced in 1830, albeit somewhat differently than originally conceived.
