The Willett Estate of the 1880's. Constructed of ochre stock brick, with incised decoration; this was a dramatic stylistic change from the all-pervading 'Regency' stucco of Brighton.

The general planning of wide streets, and well constructed houses with ample glazing mean that these remain desirable homes.
