ST ANDREWS CHUCH, WATERLOO STREET

Originally the chapel of ease to Brunswick Town, built in 1827.

The first Italianate style church in England, but it was designed by Barry at the same time as he was building St Peter's - in the Perpendicular Revival style. A very fine interior.

The church closed in the 1990s, but is now maintained by The Friends of St. Andrew's Church

Date: 1827
